Using my laptop computer, how can I see every signal that phones and computers are putting out ? Example using a TV antenna  to see TV reception on your TV, like a scanner recieving CB radio signals and being able to listen to CB people talking on their CB radios. Using my antenna, Wifii antenna most likely using Windows and adjusting the frequency.- I do not know...
