Viewing photos that are listed on a flashdrive

I came across an old flashdrive. I placed it in a USB port (D:\) on my W10 laptop and see a  listing of its component files -- mostly photos, some text files. What do I have to do to actually <VIEW> these files? (At one point I <thought> I did see a photo, but I cannot view it again.)

 

Thanks for your help here; I am obviously plenty confused.   .... Batpark

Double click the file an it will open, sometime flash drive can become corrupted though
