My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5555 running windows 10. The computer has, over time, gotten slower and slower to boot up.  When I press the on button, it takes too long for the screen to come up. Then the desktop icons stay white extra long.  When they come up and I click on the web browser it also takes more than normal time to open.  After the computer has been working 15 or so minutes, I seems to level out and performs pretty much normal.

I would appreciate assistance with this problem.

Thanks, John Go

Perform clean boot state to see if any one of the startup programs causing the problem.
