I receive a photo by email to my W10 laptop (a Lenovo FLEX-14API). How do I save that photo? In what folder will it sit? In the folder shown in FileManager as <This PC\Pictures\Saved Pictures>, or somewhere else?

When you right click on the file (picture) you will then get another window come up to show where it is being saved. It is usually the last place you saved something. That can always be changed in the address bar at the top.
