I have Dell Inspiron 5378 with windows 10 64 bit and office pre installed. I also have McAfee antivirus installed.

From past couple of weeks I am getting below message when I start any program -

---------------------------
EXCEL.EXE - Bad Image
---------------------------
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

The above is when I try to start Microsoft Excel. After initial prompt of Excel did not close properly, if I select to start in safe more or repair, I get above error. I tried running sfc, check disk, re-registering dlls but nothing has worked.

Also after the last windows update the laptop has become very slow and it takes lot of time to boot. Disk is always shown as 100%.

Please help fixing these two issues.

Many thnaks in advance,
Nikhil
