I bought my computer though "Offer Up"  it had Windows Pro on it, I have  not had a single problem with it  until out of the blue I got that error, it tells me to go to settings but nothing helps and it is constantly popping up any ideas? I would appreciate any help, thank you....

There is no such thing as a trial version of Windows 10 Pro liz602m.

 

What you may have is a Windows 10 Pro installation that has not been activated and therefore needs a Windows product key to be entered.

 

Do you have a link to the article that you purchased on Offer Up.

It would help if you can find it so we can check the specs that were advertised, if it only says Windows 10 Pro and does not mention that a Microsoft product key will be required to activate the OS imo it is mis selling and you have cause for complaint,
