Hi, trying to help a friend with his laptop. It's an
Model- 15-ba082nr
Prod# X0h91ua#aba

It turned off one day & will not turn back on. Took battery out & reset it, still nothing. With battery out & it plugged in, it still will not turn on at all, not even to blink a light when the power button is pressed. There is zero life in it it seems. Any help would be appreciated, it's been like this for sometime now. If need any other info let me know. Thanks again!

Hello krzybtchkris,

The AC adaptor may have failed ** so first thing I suggest is see if you can borrow an appropriate charger to try, if not possible, take the notebook to a local tech store who should have a universal adaptor that they can try.

** The charger may have failed but the notebook continued to work until the charge ran out in the battery, this only if the charger was also connected to the notebook when it suddenly turned off.
