The OS is now recognized. Lets try these:
NOTE: fixboot gives me access denied every time. I researched that nt 60 was the only way around this. If this wasn't the right thing to do, please let me know.

I believe there is a problem with the Registry. When you boot with the Creation Tool, is there an option to refresh the PC?
I don't see the REFRESH option using the MCT tool.
I can get to KEEP MY FILES through the advanced options.

From an Off position, start the computer. As soon as Windows is loading, do a hard reset (Press The power button to turn the computer off). Do this several times and the computer's Advanced Menu will popup. At that time check for an option to refresh the PC.
