Hey guys 

 

im building a PC right now i bougt a AMD Ryzen 3600X with the B450- Gaming ii mainboard and now im stuck on the choice of a proper GPU the budget is 200-400 which would you 
advice me to buy i already saw some reviews on YT about some GPU ( GTX 1660 Super or Radeon RX 5500. 5600) but still dont know what should i buy.

What will be the main use for the computer, gaming? General purpose like browsing, streaming videos? office work?  or more a workstation, photo/video editing.?

Do you already have an operating system, Windows? if yes, what type of licence, OEM or retail?

Hello and thank you for your interest to my post and for an answer, .  I will need this GPU mostly for gaming and i got Windwos 10 OEM on it. My mainboard is this one  https://www.asus.com/ch-de/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING-II/  . I have done my build too only that i miss a GPU

You cant choose a PSU until you know what GPU you will be getting so be sure to check with iammykyl that all parts on your list are appropriate.

You need to find the BIOS version that the MB shipped with as you may need to perform a BIOS update.

Sorry for my bad explanation well I just have bought the Mainboard, CPU and the CPU Cooler. The only thing i didnt bought yet is the GPU I saw many reviews about some graphics card 

on the YT but i still cant decide which one is the most suitable.I am beetween the Radeon RX 5600, 5500 or a GTX 1660 Super but there are some extra models and cant decide thats why I posted here a Topic to ask the pros   . The graphic card  which I have right now (R9 280)  is still good for the games i play like cs go.

Before selecting a GPU, you need this hardware. wenn Sie ein begrenztes Budget haben, Sie eine GPU auswählen, benötigen Sie diese Hardware.

 

Compatible RAM, (memory)

Computer case.

 

Then after the GPU selection, a PSU of the correct wattage.

 

You may also need a new OS.    Please search for OEM licence installation.
