TransMac Alternative for creating macOS USB Installer on Windows 10

A lot of folks recommend TransMac for this purpose but I had no luck with the free trial version. I formatted the USB to Mac volume and imported macOS DMG file. Wait about 5 minutes and bang, it says 'can not write to volume'.

 

Tried two USB flash drives and three dmg files. still the same result. Really need some help on this matter.
