Lol, shoot, I think I am having problems locating Word Diagnose. When I pull up the options menu from the Word screen I can't see where to diagnose. The menu is General, Display, Proofing, Save, Language, Ease of Access, Advanced, Customize Ribbon, Quick Access Toolbar, Add ins, and Trust Center. I have tried to find it through google, but for some reason, I'm not figuring it out. I can see there's a tool to diagnose Office online for download.

Sorry for the multiple posts, lol. I think by looking at the apps and features menu for Mircosoft Office, I can run a repair under the reset menu. Under the reset menu there's a repair button and a reset button. Under the repair button it says, "If the app isn't working right, we can try to repair it. The app's data won't be affected." Should I run that?

I ran the repair and received a green check mark. I rebooted and tried to open a word doc from the File Explorer to no avail. I could do the reset button, but it says it will delete the apps data. I'm not sure what exactly that means.

If your documents are in your documents folder, I don't know what data will be removed. I am not familiar with that version. If the application is not working, I will go for it, or reinstall.

I tried the reset today and when I rebooted one file opened. The next two I tried crashed the file explorer. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling tomorrow, when I have the activation key info.
