Hi,

I have recently updated my laptop to Windows 10 OS. However, when I updated it, my laptop suddenly and randomly crashes and I need to restart it forcibly. However, when I restarted it, it showed an error of srttrail.txt. I tried to repair it using youtube instructions and for some time, it ran ok. But it turned back again to crashing randomly. So I decided to revert back to Windows 7, and my laptop ran smoothly again but whenever the memory loads up it starts to crash again and I have to restart it again forcibly.

I would need help on this matter.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the computer and explain what you mean by the above for us.
