Automatic repair not responding. Can't get on desktop. Says keboard not found clicks off and says ran into a problem and shuts computer off. Restart with keyboard not found again and then preparing automatic repair restart or advanced options.

Sorry but even with the best will in the world it is not possible to help when you have told us zero about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

There are four versions of the Optiplex 755 so it may help if we knew your exact model but for now will deal with things the best we can.

None of the four models of your PC have PS/2 ports for a wired keyboard which tells us that you are using the USB type.

If your keyboard and mouse use batteries have you tried changing them.

Have you tried the keyboard in an alternative USB port.

Have you tried your keyboard on another computer or likewise tried an alternative keyboard on your computer.

If not already aware, USB port one is often enabled by default on Dell systems such as the Optiplex 755 so you need to make sure that you try this port first.
