Yes hello,

 

Windows 10 Version 10.0 18363  Build 18363  all up to date.

 

On the desktop if i right click a photo and choose "Send to" and select --> compress (zipped folder) I get the error

 

 

 

Compressed zip folders error.

operation cannot complete

Access denied

 

I ran SFC  /scan now. No integrity issues found.

I ran DISM restore health.

And rebooted a few times.

 

I also had a compressed folder on the desktop and could not delete it  (Access denied)

 

I right clicked the folder and choose properties, click security tab on folder, edit and gave everyone permission. After doing that i was able to delete the old compressed folder..... but i cannot resolve the other issue mentioned.
