I'd like to find a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo that doesn't require a USB port. Does anything like this exist? If so, brand and model number suggestions would be appreciated.

Gday.

To use a Bluetooth (or RF) device without using a plug in USB receiver, the PC or laptop must have a a wireless card installed, or onboard chip.   A basic set, would have a keyboard with soft touch keys and a 3 button mouse, example, > https://www.centreco...aRoCpbYQAvD_BwE

This article will give some more info on the tech and types of keyboards, >https://au.pcmag.com/spring_pc_buying_guide/66331/the-best-wireless-keyboards
