Hi!

 

I have not been here in ages and I hope it's ok to ask this question because I am at the end of my rope.

 

I need to verify my account because I am locked out ... I cannot upload a photo or pic for ID verification.

I am on a iMac, not a phone.

It's NOT working for me to drop photos that I have on the desktop.

I am locked out and cannot get back in by following the steps after putting in my email address, which is

to upload 2 photos ... one with a pic.

I cannot upload the pics that I have to verify.

 

The photos will NOT submit. And I don't know why.

 

I hope that someone can help.
