Edit: This resolved on it's own after another windows update.

Hello friends,

I just helped a friend build a computer. After installing windows and starting it, everything checked out and it was running well. But when I powered it down and then back up again, it hangs after POST with a blank screen (it doesn't get to the windows welcome screen or anything). I can get to the BIOS, and then if I boot off the Windows 10 USB, I can "exit and start Windows" (or similar) and it works. But the next time I turn it off, I get the same problem.

I have tried updating windows, updating the BIOS and drivers, downloading the newest chipset, and making sure no USBs are plugged in.

Attached is the hardware information.

I'm not sure what else to do!

Wow, bet you were jumping for joy when it "auto-magically" resolved itself. :)
