Cpu drops when task manager area

Hello bros! Fans fast when task manager is off, and after system warm up when i open task manager it fixes. There is a big virus and this virus is not like any other virus. How many programs I have used Malwary, Kaskpesery cannot find the same virus in all of them. What should I do? Formatting is not possible because the system is already new. I'm waiting for your help.
