I have a custom PC and my Windows 10 clock keeps going out of sync. How do I fix this?

I assume you are talking about the date/time in the lower right hand corner?

That is usually the battery on the main board that holds the bios info.

It is usually a 3v battery and usually a CR2032 that you can buy almost anywhere.

Are you comfortable opening the computer?

Not really I don't trust myself, it jumps forward then goes back.
