UPDATE NOW SOLVED it transpired she was using the iPad on a heavy metal bookstand that was acting as a magnet and messing up the audio!

My 87 year old friend's Zoom audio, both mic and speaker, stopped working on her iPad (soon after an Ios upgrade). Video still works fine.

Audio does work to play a video on BBC news.

I took her iPad to my house (different wifi), and the mic & speaker worked for a Zoom meeting.

Then took her iPad back to her house - again mic & speaker not working.

Then took MY iPad to her house, and Zoom sound worked fine.

Seems the only difference is the wifi connection, but video worked fine at both her house and mine, so shouldn't audio work too?

Any suggestions to resolve this will be gratefully received so she can again communicate with her only relative in another country.

Thanks!
