I used to be able to select an inappropriate prompt and press DELETE to be rid of it, but that no longer works. For many websites the prompt is correct, but for Facebook (and possibly others) I get 'busy ?' appended to the 'com' of the email address.

The name of the browser was truncated from the post title - it is Chrome.

Your suggestion to use a different browser is a work-around. That is NOT what I want - I want the problem solved.

The URL you provided is a link to the post that I made, to which I have not had a 'solution'

Perhaps an up date to Chrome has caused the issue, or an extension with in Chrome is causing issue.  I am not sure how to run Chrome "without extensions" to see if the problem goes away doing that.  Firefox has a safe mode for that, I don't think Chrome does have a safe mode but surly there must be a way to do it for troubleshooting purposes . I'll see if I can find out how to do it's all I can think of for now.

Thanks

Joe :)

I started it in Safe Mode; the corrupted entry still shows and can still not be easily deleted.
