Hi i keep getting this message for the last few weeks.

Common problems are:

Malware Proxy: Try disabling proxy:
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections tab.
- Select the appropriate Internet Service: Click on LAN Settings if not using dialup
- Clear/Un-check all boxes under Automatic Configuration.
- Clear/Un-check the box under Proxy Server.
- Click OK.
Disconnect Internet and reconnect. Does it help? Verify that the changes took by repeating the above. Malware will often put the proxy back by the next reboot. Some anti-viruses also use proxies so it may not be an infection.
Malware DNS: Search for
right click on Command Prompt and Run As Admin.
hit Enter. Should say:
Server: dns-cac-lb-01.rr.com <==This depends on your provider
Address: 126.96.36.199 <==Depends on provider
188.8.131.52 <==If you get a different IP address let me know.
Malware extension in your browser. Go into Settings on your browser and look at the Add-ons and Extensions. Disable all of them. Restart browser. Verify that they remain disabled. Try the connection.
Improperly configured Browser. Try downloading a new browser: Opera
