Sync android OneNote to PC

I have MS OneNote on my android phone with several notebooks of current information. I had a sync problem with my win 10 laptop and OneDrive, which resulted in my completely deleting Onenote from the laptop and deleting all files from OneDrive. Now I have reinstalled OneNote 16 on the laptop and I want to pull the android notebooks back into OneDrive and sync with the desktop. How do I make the sync happen while ensuring that I do not lose the android data? (I don't want the sync procedure to overwrite the android data).
