Duplicate contacts in my address book.

I sent this question to Yahoo. So far, I've gotten a reply asking me to clarify this issue.

When I search my contacts list for the particular name, I get several duplicate results. One has an email address, another has a home phone number, and another has a cell phone number.  When I view the details of any one of them, I see a line that tells me that “this was found in one of your address books”. I wasn’t aware that I had more than one address book. To avoid confusion and The possibility ofadding the wrong one to an outgoing email, I’d like to have only one choice.

How do I locate and view the address books so that I can edit them?

Can I correct this by editing an exported CSV file and making sure that the above numbers are properly located on it?

Or, is there some other method I can use to correct this issue?

Below is a screenshot showing the duplicates I see when I search for "Ray" in the contacts list.

I'm having a problem attaching screenshot to this post. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Any help would be appreciated.
