Hello there!

I have an Acer Aspire XC-830 which is only a few months old.

For the first time since purchasing the computer, I am trying to rip a newly-purchased CD in Windows Media Player using the inbuilt CD/DVD drive. The CD plays okay - but when I try to rip it, it just kicks me out every time. I have no idea what I can do to make it work. Please can anybody help?

Many thanks,

Chris.

If the above doesn't work try one of the third party rippers:
