I'm running Windows 10 and print via USB cable with a Canon MX992 printer. The printer prints fine, but I cannot scan.
I've installed the latest driver from Canon: MX920 series MP Drivers Ver.1.01 (Windows).
Canon says that this is: "The driver for Canon IJ multifunction printer. IJ Scan Utility"
The IJ Scan Utility appears to be installed, but when I click on it I get the following:
A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again.
Does anyone have a solution?
