Hi team,

I've been referred here by Phillpower - please see original post
http://www.geekstogo...rting-resolved/

Unfortunately I'm getting daily crashes with the most recent one providing a green screen I'll attach the minidump.

Here is the Speccy link
http://speccy.pirifo...n0HjwGSwjKSgttx

And the crash minidumps are attached

Thank you.

Hello again Ray,

Speccy does not show any hardware problems and with the exception of a couple of failed updates there is nothing software related flagged up either.

Regarding the crash dmps, the most recent is four days old so borderline useless and the others are so old that they are 100% no use, dmps need to be no more that two days old.

The latest crash was graphics related and namely dxgmms2.sys, what this is and how it gets resolved here you will note that the source of the fix is via a Windows update, the reason why crash dmps more than a couple of days are of no use is because Windows is getting updated 24/7 which means that Windows is unfortunately also getting broken and fixed 24/7.

We will need to wait and see if you have any further related problems over the next couple of days.
