I want to stop using Virgin and don't want to use Sky, what components do I require to replace the Virgin router, and also be able to watch TV and record programs at the same time.

I was thinking of purchasing an Amazon Firestick 4K, but what other components should I purchase.

Not really my thing this but one thing I can tell you is that you will need a router off whoever provides your broadband or the alternative being a mobile internet dongle and I`m not sure how they would work with a firestick.

NB: I thought I had answered this for you before and I did here
