That's the rest of the error message I get while trying to delete .wav files from the Windows/Media folder from my Windows 10 Pro.
I own this PC and it's sole user. Am I not the Administrator by default?

Can you tell us the exact path of the Windows/Media folder you referred too? Where it is located?
