Hi everyone

 

I'm having a problem with Whatsapp.  On my old PC, I was using it across all browsers and also in the WhatsApp desktop app.

 

Since buying a new PC in the autumn, it has only worked on Firefox.  If I try using Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi or the desktop app, the qr code simply doesn't scan.  Since upgrading to Windows 11 last week, it still reads the qr code from Firefox, but then doesn't connect to my account.  On my laptop, it still works fine on the desktop app and in all browsers.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening.and how to fix it?

Make sure windows 11 is fully updated if you have not checked that. All I can think of for now.
