Can someone please remind me  how to sort the enties in column 1 of a Word-like table such that the entries in columns 2 and 3 stay with its corresponding entry in column 1?

To be clearer: Column 1 lists Contacts; column 2 shows the Contacts' telephone number;column 3 shows Contact's address. I would like to sort the rows alphabetically by name of Contact. And, of course, I want to retain the associated information of columns 2 and 3.

Thanks much. ...... Batpark
