The first error

Log: 'Application' Date/Time: 05/05/2022 9:15:36 PM
Type: Error Category: 0

Event: 86 Source: Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll

appears to be TCM related.  Since you are running Win 10 you don't need TCM.  See if it is on by opening an elevated command prompt and typing

tcm.msc

then hit Enter.

Supposedly there is a BIOS option that turns it off which may also need to be set.

The other error of concern:

Log: 'Application' Date/Time: 05/05/2022 9:15:44 PM
Type: Warning Category: 0
Event: 1 Source: SMBCtrl
Incorrect function.

Is supposed to be part of RGBFusion and fixed if you update or reinstall the program.

Is it running any better now?

I feel like it was mostly behaving the same......but I did discover while I was poking around that my GPU wasn't plugged into the first slot....aaaand my game is running at 144 now :o

I truly feel like a buffoon. Still doesn't explain what happened to my old rig because it was definitely plugged into the first PCI-E slot.

One issue I'm still having as well is that my mouse and keyboard disconnect randomly, or while I'm typing it will geeeeeeeeeeeet stuck on a key like it did there. Thanks so much for your help btw and sticking with me <3

What sort of keyboard & mouse do you have?  USB?  Wireless?

USB, I uninstalled/disabled them in the settings and tried different USB ports, seems to have fixed it for now but in the past the issue has resurfaced

Repeating keys sounds like a keyboard key sticking.  You might try Settings, Ease of Access, Use Filter Keys.  I think that's supposed to help with repeating keys.

Another possibility it to search for device manager then Enter.  Open up the section under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.  Right click on each device and uninstall.  Then reboot.
