New icon/bar showing up in Windows taskbar [Solved]

Just in the past couple of days I started noticing this new icon in my task bar.  I'm pretty sure it's not legit.   Please advise.  Thanks!!

Hello redleader74,

 

  1. Hover the mouse cursor over the icon and wait a few seconds. A tool-tip will appear, showing you the name of the app that the icon is for.
  2. If the tool-tip doesn’t show up, you can right-click the icon, and the context menu will show you the name of the app that the icon is for.

Ok thanks....I actually did some searching around today and found this:

Looks like it's a very recent new feature Microsoft added.

If you don't want that image to be shown:

 

Right-click on the Taskbar. Hover the mouse arrow over "Search". Uncheck "Show search highlights".
