I restored a file accidentally deleted in the first fix, having to do with the Waves Audio.
The system's check revealed no corruptions, and there is no problem with the fix. Also, the computer is malware free now.
I'll give you instructions to remove the tools we used. Then, I recommend you to post here in the Hardware Forum, reporting all your issues, mentioning that the computer was tested for malware. Please also provide a link to this thread.

The following tool will remove the tools we used as well as reset system restore points:
Download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.
