Blocking Individual Webpages

Hello everyone. Running windows 7 with Chrome. Bascially I'd like to be able to block individual pages on ebay without blocking the whole webpage. Or a method of blocking webpages in general. Kind of needing an idiots guide as I've got limited time for research.

After further investigation it looks like there telling you how to block a website instead of individual page.....
