Same as original issue though, in that it'll fix itself after awhile then have the issue again. No other devices are affected, still just this one desktop.

Have you scan your computer for malware infections.

 

Turn off Firewall to see connection issue resolves if it does reset Firewall.

See if same network error happens when you use your computer with live Ubuntu flash drive.
