As a rule does Firefox notify users of a data breech.  I received an email from Firefox Monitor advising me that my email address turned up in an email breech with particular emhasis on email contacts and to proceed to dashboard.  I am just wondering if this is legit?  It also says that I signed up for Firefox Monitor but I don't recall doing it,so I am skeptical

If in doubt, change your Firefox password.

Criminals are constantly phishing and using different methods, two that I keep getting are a warning that I am about to delete all my contacts and another that my parcel can`t be delivered until I log into my account and update my information.

Don't ignore it, don't fall for it and if a password is involved - change it.
