Periodically News and Interests stops working. The only way to fix it is System Restore.
Sometimes when using System Restore, Windows Spotlight stops working. The only remedy is to System Restore to a previous System Restore version. Tried various fixes including resetting Weather App or turning off News and Interests, then on again. Also tried restarting Windows Explorer. Also tried various Windows Spotlight fixes - for example, changing to Picture, restarting, then Spotlight again.
