Norton AV 2005 couldn't repair it, neither could giant antispyware. I've edited the registry and looked at other posts but it won't go away. I gives me so many pop ups of psguard.com. And i also have these spyware programs that won't go away despite the use of Sybot S&D and Giant Antispyware and spyare blaster. It is the ShopatHome, ISTbar, and eXact.Trojan Downloader that are mainly coming up. I delete them w/ Giant antispyware but they come back withen 5 minutes. I also have 2 other viruses norton was able to detect but not fix. One is system32\gleadm32.dll it says it ais a bloodhound.w32.EP. The other is system32\consys99.exe which is a trojan. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dpitch welcome to Geeks 2 Go. I regret the delay in responding but we are swamped.

Before I am able to analyze your log, you must read the information provided in the following link and do everything that is indicated from step 1 through step 5. Stop after installing HijackThis in its own folder. The folder should look something like this C:\HijackThis\HijacktThis.exe when you are finished. These steps often drastically reduce the number of problems we have to contend with and get you up and running much faster.

You Must Read This Before Posting A Log
