SATA harddrive to USB 2.0 enclosure

Hello guys,
Recently i bought this 250GB Western digital internal harddisc. Iam planning to make it an external hard disc. But iam not able to find an enclosure which would take a 3.5" SATA hard disc and have an external USB 2.0 interface so that i can connect it to my laptop's USB port. All the enclosures i have seen range between 80 to 90$
