I was wondering if anyone could help me. Our computer at home got badly infected with viruses. We managed to get rid of them using Spybot and Adaware software programs. I was wondering whether this has anything to do with the reason that I can't seem to install a new game.

The first thing that pops up is that it asks me to "insert volume into drive" and later it says something about not being able to find autorun.exe.

Is this maybe because the Spybot or Adaware programs have quarantined the autorun.exe file?

I am not exactly that flash with computers so if anyone could help me using laymans terms that would be awesome!
