Just installed an old Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit and I am having a problem (the same problem I had years ago but I can't remember how to fix it). When I indicate "automatic transmission", the car won't go beyond 1st gear (about 35 mph). It shifts OK when in manual transmission but I need the automatic transmission because my kids (5 yrs old) love the game too. I tried the cheat code "monkey" but that didn't do anything. Thanks.
