I recently visited your website because I had Aurora and it attacked my computer. I ran Eqido and it found many trojans and the nail.exe file. I deleted them but I am still getting the pop-up from Ewido that I keep getting hit with a betterinternet bug. However I am finally not getting the Aurora pop-ups :tazz: I have attached my hijack log that I ran after removing the bugs it initally found. Can you please look it over and see if there is anything else I need to completely clean my system up. Also how can I permanantly remove the betterinternet and prevent it from hitting again. I have norton antivirus but it wasn't even detecting any of it in the first place and I always run the updates.\

I really appreciate your help and this is a wonderful website.

Thank you-

Michelle

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
