Content Saves Always Resetting

Every time I log onto the Internet I keep getting the "Check Content Settings" and pages are not being displayed. I have to keep going into Content and disabling the content settings or changing them but cannot locate the source of this problem to keep from having to do this everytime I go online on restart my computer. Help!
