Geforce 6600GT TV/OUT Problem

Hello...I can't seem to get my TV to display anything. The funny thing is that when I restart my computer, the TV shows all the load-up stuff (eg hardware info and the XP Load Screen) but as soon as it goes to the log-on screen, the TV losses the picture....Any ideas???? Thanks in advance
