windows wont boot up after checking disk consisten

..after it finds an error (size of entry is not valid) its says windows made a correction to the file system and then just freezes up.
anything i can do to fix this?

boot into windows command line by tapping f8 key at start up (during memory count)

Or enter recovery console (requires CD), by booting with cd and choosing repair using recovery console from the first menu option.
