Hi you guys, the problem I have is the following:

I want to make a backup of my messages and I usually do the export messages
procedure in order to make a backup; the problem is, I select everything to
be exported - I tick the option include subfolders along with the folders I
want to export and everything.... But after the process is finished, I realise that it has not exported all the messages I have selected, specially the inbox message folder. Why can that be?

I have to admit that it has quite a lot of messages.

When you're in the wizard to export, around the time you get to the point you can tell it yes or no to subfolders, there's an option button that says Filter..

The first thing I'd suggest is to make sure that there's no filters currently active. That could cause it.

first of all, thanks for your reply. I shall give that a try, however I feel that may not be the case, but who knows the Windows universe well? Heh?
