I don't know what to do. I keep getting this error. Winlogon.exe Application error - Memory could not be read. The instruction at "0x10013cd0" referenced memory at "0x01810000". The momory could not be "read". It tells me to click ok to terminate or cancel to debug .. either way my entire system shuts down and reboots. then the same thing... I can push the box out of the way and continue to use the system... but it's a pain in the you know what..... I've tried everything I know to do... ccleaner, hjthis, spybot, AVG, Norton...etc... I don't think it's spyware.. I think it's a memory problem.. or too much sys resources being used or something... I did have a big problem a couple of weeks ago (virus) and had to reinstall xp... now i'm getting this error... HELP PLease!

that is an incomplete log but even what you have has a couple suspicious entries.

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
