HEYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope this is how you do it........................................i'm not opening a new topic, i'm going back onto my old one, i'm STILL having problems......i've removed directx drivers, tried to install new one.....tried to update, but was unsuccessful.followed troubleshooters..........couldn't pass validation process for genuine windows even with # off of computer...a $50.00 waste so far...my kid can't even enjoy her birthday present.so, how does one get help needed...is it the squeakiest wheel? squeak squeak squeak squeak ;)

av you downloaded the latest drivers for your display chip, I ad the same problem but when I downloaded the new driver it worked. If u dont know what model your display is then click on start then run and in the space type DXDIAG this will take you onto whats called a direct X diagnostic tool, when in this window click on the display tab and look at the name of your chip name. You can then go on a search engine such as google and search for the latest drivers for this model.......gud luck

p.s Im sorry if this sounds patronising or an insult 2 your intelligence but I dont know how good you are at commputers.........oh yeh and hope it works, post me back and tell me what you think to the game. Personally i Think its a big improvment on the previos series. ;)
