computer slow to load programs

My computer running XP has gotten awfully slow to load start programs. I've run Hijack This and would sure appreciate it if I could get some advice on it. Hopefully something in there in slowing it down.

Many thanks to you both. I'll do that. Now I just have to find out how to delete two of those operating systems I installed by mistake this morning..... any help on that???
